By commissioning me, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding.General Information
• I reserve the right to decline any commission for any reason.
• All communication regarding commissions will be conducted through my socials but mostly Discord or Email.Payment
• All prices are in USD.
• Payments are made through PayPal
•The commission will commence only after the first payment has been received.
• Payment must be made within 24 hours after an invoice is sent.Process and Revisions
• I will provide updates at key stages (e.g., sketch, line art, coloring).
• You may request up to three major revisions during the sketch phase.
• Major revisions after the sketch phase may incur additional fees.
• Once the final work is approved, no further changes will be made.Turnaround Time
• The commission may take up to 1-6 weeks to be completed, depending on factors such as other commissions and personal schedule.
• In case of any delays due to unforeseen circumstances, you will be notified promptly.Copyright and Usage
• I retain full copyright to the commissioned work.
• I have the right to post the commission online, unless otherwise agreed upon.
• I may use the commissioned work as a visual example for future commissions and portfolio.
• You may use the commission for personal purposes, such as profile pictures, wallpapers, etc.
• You may print the commission for personal use (single copy).
• You may not post the original full-sized file online.
• You may not make changes to the illustration on your own or have it edited by a third party.
• You must credit me as the artist when displaying the work publicly.Commercial Usage
• Commercial usage rights must be agreed upon separately and may incur additional fees.
• You may not reproduce, resell, or use the commissioned work for commercial purposes without prior agreement.Refunds and Cancellations
• If the commission has not been started, you may cancel without any charges.
• If the commission has been started, refunds will be issued based on the amount of work completed.
• If I must cancel the commission for any reason, a full refund will be issued.
• Once the commission is completed and delivered, it is non-refundable.
